Welding
From large scale welding projects utilizing MIG and stick processes to detailed projects utilizing TIG processes; we are an accomplished organization of welders. We take pride in the quality exhibited from our weld work.
We have successfully saved thousands of dollars in tool replacement and downtime costs by putting our welding and machining capabilities to work for our local customers. Past examples of our work include:
- Broken pressure plates (weld, wire burn, and regrind)
- Chipped punches (weld and regrind)
- Engineering revisions (move a hole or other feature by fill weld, wire burn, and regrind)
- Jig and fixture modifications or repairs
- Other broken tooling
We have welded for heavy duty commercial construction applications, commercial waste systems, storage systems, automation weldments/platforms, and other manufacturing systems.
Our TIG welding capabilities have become invaluable for welding aluminum and stainless steels. Specifically, in areas where cleanliness and appearance is a requirement. Past examples of our work include:
- Numerous repairs to heat treated tooling
- Tanks (aluminum and stainless) (non-pressure related)
- Wire baskets (utilizing .25” and .063” stainless wire)
- Stainless racks and carts
- Gear shift knobs (TIG was an operation in a production/assembly process)
- Sprocket to hub (assemble and weld)
