EMC provides quality precision CNC machining for companies in diverse markets. We machine prototypes, small to medium lots, as well as large volume production runs. We also offer a number of value added services to benefit our customers. These include secondary operations such as powder coating, painting, heat treating, plating, black oxide, and light assembly. We can even send stuff out for anodize, nickel plating, bronzing, etc…
We strive to reduce inventory but where needed we offer safety stock for customers who require a need for immediate deliveries. We are lean friendly and will work to satisfy your demands.
Capabilities are turning up to 12" OD, 2" thru hole, conventional turning, CNC vertical mills to 64" x 32" x 30" envelopes with fourth axis milling attachment and conventional milling.
