Wire EDM
We have the capability to manufacture production parts and tooling components of tight tolerance by utilizing Wire EDM. Many times it is most efficient to use Wire EDM to cut complex geometries in exotic metals, hardened steels, and carbides. Wire EDM is extremely useful to us in the manufacture of detailed stamping dies and punches where tight tolerances and small internal radii are required. We have even used this method to burn slip fit dowel holes successfully.
